Fort Lauderdale residents are required to register in advance for the Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Event. Visitors from the partnering cities including Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Pompano Beach, and Tamarac are also encouraged to register for the event. Proof of residence required (Driver's license, tax bill, trim notice, or utility bill).

*On site Shredding will be offered at this event. Maximum of (3) three banker's boxes per person. Please remove all paper clips, staples, and other metal plastic bindings.

The event will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Mills Pond Park - 2201 NW 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33311. The event is open 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
