On Saturday, October 26 from 8 a.m. to noon, Fort Lauderdale will join with cities across the country to participate in "Make A Difference Day," the largest national day of volunteer community service. Neighbors can lend their time, talent, and energy to any of more than 30 different projects taking place throughout the City. Projects include residential painting, beach and neighborhood cleanups, working on an edible food forest, reading to children as we decorate Little Free Libraries, and more! We encourage you to pick a project, lend a hand, and make a difference.
