DESCRIPTION:<p>The City of Fort Lauderdale will host a presentation of the draft Central Beach Master Plan on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the W Hotel located at 401 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard at 5:45 p.m. Valet parking will be available on-site for $5.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Fort Lauderdale neighbors are welcome and encouraged to attend. &nbsp;Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA), consultants to the City, will present the&nbsp;draft update to the Central Beach Master Plan&nbsp;in two segments: (1) proposed streetscape improvements and (2) proposed building standards. The City is seeking public input to&nbsp;help adopt a framework of regulations that unifies the Central Beach vision and public realm.</p>
