DESCRIPTION:<p align="center" style="text-align: left;">Fort Lauderdale Beach pedestrian crosswalks&nbsp;at Riomar Street and Terramar Street on Breakers Avenue are getting&nbsp;a colorful makeover to help improve safety and create a sense of place.</p><p align="center" style="text-align: left;">We hope you'll join us&nbsp;on&nbsp;Sunday, May 15, 2016&nbsp;at 9 a.m. at the intersection of&nbsp;Riomar Street and Breakers Avenue on Fort Lauderdale Beach to participate in a unique community building event.</p><p align="center" style="text-align: left;">Volunteer opportunities are available on a first come, first served basis. &nbsp;Click&nbsp;<a href="http://goo.gl/RdlNHd" target="_blank">here</a>&nbsp;for more information and to register.</p><h3>Road Closure Information</h3><p>The City will temporarily close the intersections at Riomar and Terramar Streets on Breakers Avenue for the event beginning at<br>4 a.m. Sunday morning, May 15th&nbsp;and will reopen them at 5 p.m. the same day. &nbsp;Click <a href="https://fortlauderdale-redesign.prod.govaccess.org/?navid=445">here</a> for details and detour information.</p><p align="center" style="text-align: left;"><p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;<a href="https://fortlauderdale-redesign.prod.govaccess.org/home/showpublisheddocument/15288/635981551327300000" target="_blank"></a></p></p><p align="center" style="text-align: left;">This project was made possible in part through an Art of Community grant from the Community&nbsp;Foundation of Broward.
