Highlights include a bike rodeo, free helmet fittings, a bike raffle courtesy of Recyclable Bicycle Exchange, giveaways, and the movie "Elf" on the big screen. So decorate your bike, put on your favorite holiday attire, and bring&nbsp;chairs, picnic baskets, and blankets to Hardy Park for a great night of free healthy activity and outdoor fun!</div>
