The City Commission designated Colee Hammock as a pilot Residential Parking Permit District (RPPD) to address quality of life challenges in the neighborhood such as driveway access, visibility, and vehicle safety. Due to the program's success in addressing these issues, the City would like to permanently designate Colee Hammock as a RPPD beginning on January 1, 2020.

The City will hold a public hearing regarding the RPPD during the Commission meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Fort Lauderdale City Hall. The City Commission will hear public comments on the RPPD prior to voting on the designation. We invite all property owners in the Colee Hammock neighborhood to attend the meeting.
