DESCRIPTION:<h1 style="text-align: center;"> Lifeguard Training </h1>
<p>This course is for individuals who have interest in becoming a lifeguard. Course will include CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid and Lifeguard certifications.</p>
<p><strong>PRE-REQUISITES</strong>: Participants must be at least 15 years old; swim 300 yards continuously; 20 yard swim retrieve 10-pound brick from a depth of 7-10 feet and swim 20 yards back within 1 minute, 40 seconds; and tread water for 2 minutes without using hands. </p>
  
<p><strong>SESSION 3:</strong> Precourse: May 5  Tuesday 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. </p>
<p> Course: May 7 - 16  Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday/Thursday: 6 - 10:00 p.m.</p>
<p><strong>LOCATION:</strong> Carter Aquatic Complex, 1450 W. Sunrise Boulevard</p>
