DESCRIPTION:<h1 style="text-align: center;">LIFEGUARD TRAINING</h1>
<p>This course is for individuals who have interest in becoming a lifeguard. Course will include CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid and Lifeguard certifications.</p>
<p><strong></strong>
<p><strong>PRE-REQUISITES</strong>: Participants must be at least 15 years old; swim 300 yards continuously; 20 yard swim retrieve 10-pound brick from a depth of 7-10 feet and swim 20 yards back within 1 minute, 40 seconds; and tread water for 2 minutes without using hands.</p>

<p><strong>SESSION 2:</strong> Precourse: March 23 Monday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. </p>
<p> Course: March 24 - 27 Tue - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.</p>
